Recruitment Booklet

Role: Copy + direction    Format: Print booklet

A folding, 9-paneled recruitment booklet introducing prospective candidates to the organization’s mission, culture, and point of view while presenting individual roles.

The booklet breaks down Palantir’s 3 main roles through one client’s problem. The intention is to make Palantir feel capable of anything, noble in their work, and rightfully exclusive.

AIPCon + DevCon

Role: Content strategy + event coverage    Format: Live events / YouTube / social    Client: Palantir

AIPCon and DevCon are Palantir’s flagship events for customers, developers, and the broader technical community. My role spanned both the planning of the events’ content identity and the work required to turn each event into a lasting library of video.

Ahead of each event, I contributed to early strategy around themes, messaging, and visual direction. On site, I followed keynotes, demos, and conversations in real time to identify the moments worth turning into standalone clips and full-length videos.

After each event, I managed the YouTube publishing workflow from end to end: selecting footage, writing titles and descriptions, creating thumbnails, organizing playlists, and publishing both clips and complete keynotes.

The result was a structured video archive that made hours of live programming easier to discover, understand, and revisit while keeping the presentation consistent across dozens of individual uploads.

Billboard campaign

Billboard Campaign

Role: Copy & concept    Format: OOH campaign    Client: Palantir

A large-scale outdoor campaign built around the re-industrialization of America’s heartland. The work focused on reducing dense messaging into sharp, high-impact headlines that could register in seconds from a distance.

I worked across concept development, headline writing, and creative refinement, shaping messages that stayed sharp at billboard scale.

“The voice had to feel singular and confident across dozens of American cities.”

Final executions were adapted across markets while maintaining a consistent voice, visual hierarchy, and campaign system.

Army v Navy poster

Army v Navy — Poster

Role: Design + copy    Format: Event poster / program artwork

The creative idea was built around competitive advantage: if the game is about gaining an edge, Palantir’s software is the edge. That gave us a way to connect the brand naturally to Army–Navy without over-explaining the product.

My role was to develop the copy and help direct the concept, keeping the messaging blunt, legible, and consistent with Palantir’s broader brand voice.

“Our message: Palantir makes software that dominates.”
